HPM’s Pre-Approved Homes program is exclusively available on Hawai'i Island.
Low Wind Zone Pre-Approved Models are applicable to most East Hawai’i Island regions. High Wind Zone Pre-Approved Models are designed with specific structural engineering needed to meet the requirements for many West Hawai’i Island regions and some locations on East Hawai'i Island.
